THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IS: SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND PROPERTY
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: An individual has certain rights regarding the processing of their data, including the right to access the recording or the right to erasure.
LEGAL BASIS: Video surveillance is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest and in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 of the ZVOP-2.
STORAGE PERIOD: 30 DAYS
- The controller monitors the live image and does not have the possibility of audio intervention.
- Data may be transmitted to contractual processors and other users with an appropriate legal basis, e.g. the police.
- The provision of personal data is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation, nor is it mandatory on any other legal basis, but at the place of video surveillance, the individual cannot avoid it. Automated decision-making and/or profiling are not carried out.
- Data are not transmitted to third countries or international organizations. The individual has the right to access, to delete, to restrict the processing of his or her personal data. Rights are decided in a specific procedure.
RIGHT TO COMPLAINT: The individual has the right to complain to the owner as well as to the Information Commissioner,

The individual also has the right to file a lawsuit with the Administrative Court of th
