Apartment 2: Ksenija

You will feel right at home in the Ksenija apartment. You will be embraced by the warmth of dark pink and oak wood with gold details. The spacious, functional and well-equipped pink kitchen is a pleasant space with an open floor plan, connecting it to the living room and dining room, allowing you to prepare meals while relaxing. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The sophisticated color and lighting scheme and carefully selected warm, natural materials ensure deep relaxation and sound sleep. The bathroom offers a relaxing environment, where numerous small lights on the ceiling are reminiscent of a starry sky, creating a very special atmosphere. Natural shades, gray ceramics with subtle gold accessories and solid wood are used, which contributes to the overall feeling of elegance and comfort.

The apartment is named after the last mistress of Strmol Castle, Ksenija Hribar, who was known for her honesty and good cooking. Former castle staff said that they felt at home with her, and occasionally received hugs or modest gifts from her. Her extravagance is evidenced by her title as the first Yugoslav female pilot, who had a pet crocodile at the castle.
