Apartment 8: Miha

The Miha apartment combines the natural beauty of oak wood with details in gold and blue tones, creating a pleasant and calm atmosphere. The Miha apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living area allows for pleasant socializing, while the sauna in the attic offers additional relaxation. The spaces are designed with sophistication and comfort in mind – the intertwining of oak wood with charming details in gold and blue creates a pleasant and calm atmosphere. A comfortable double bed ensures a peaceful sleep or rest after a long day of exploration or sports activities. The bed in the attic can be converted from two separate beds into a double bed. The bathrooms offer a relaxing environment, where tiny lights on the ceiling resemble a starry sky, creating a unique atmosphere. Natural shades, gray ceramics with subtle gold accessories and solid wood contribute to a sense of elegance and comfort.

Miha was our great-grandfather, father to grandfather Janez. He was the founder of the local agricultural cooperative and an insurance agent who bought our property and raised a family here. He had many ideas, one of which was the desire for a hotel, which was not feasible due to World War II. The blue color that connects the central living area of the apartment reflects his strong will and constant thinking about progress. Blue as the wisdom of an old father, whose legacy is now being continued by his great-grandson with his family.
